JP Open Studios

September 26 & 27, 2009

Every fall, Jamaica Plain Open Studios showcases the work of 200 artists throughout the neighborhood. The Eliot School hosts two dozen of these artists in our building and yard.

JP Open Studios 2009-info table Highlights in 2009 included demonstrations by our teachers: dollmaking with Laurel Stroman, spinning with Linda Scharf, and gilding with Nancy Dick-Atkinson. We were also graced with live music by local guitarist Sam LoCascio.
