Shaker Boxes



The Shaker box is a paragon of American design: elegant, useful, and thrifty with materials. Bending wood with hot water and shaping it using molds, templates, hand drills, and a utility knife, make one or two boxes of traditional Shaker design with pegged bottoms, using no glue.
