Watercolor Painting
Learn to understand and mix colors, handle paint and water, choose paper and brushes. Working from still lifes, practice gesture and composition, realistic representation and abstract design. Emphasis is given to perfecting a feel for the medium to achieve a range of effects.

Bring to class:
- basic set of watercolor paints
- 3 natural watercolor brushes of different sizes
- watercolor paper (size is your choice)
- plastic container for water
- regular 2B pencil with white or pink eraser
- masking tape
- palette: either plastic palette or regular drawing paper
