Wood Turning: Drop Spindle

To spin yarn, fiber artists use a symmetrical, cylindrical spindle. Make your own drop spindle in the wood shop, on the lathe. If you have a spindle you like, bring it as a model and inspiration. Wood will be provided in class for a small materials fee.

No wood turning experience required. All levels welcome.
