Furniture Finishing & Restoration
Learn to restore and refinish, working with your own piece of furniture. The class covers stripping, preparation, application of stains and final touches. Repair and reinforcement are addressed as needed. Students may bring antiques, more modern pieces, or pieces they have made themselves. Many people continue multiple semesters in this popular class.
(If upholstery is required, see our Upholstery class, which will also address minor structural repairs.)
